The typical savory counter of Peruvian gastronomy week would not be complete without Lomo Saltado, including traditional Peruvian beef stir-fry, fresh Ceviche, risotto cooked with quinoa and smoked duck. Or dishes that sound strange such as octopus salad with olive sauce, smoked swordfish. Lomo Saltado is considered a sumptuous dish on the traditional Peruvian banquet table, and is also a must-try dish when visiting this magical country.
