Sales are projected to reach 41,812 vehicles by the end of December, an 11% increase compared to 2023. The Ranger, Everest, and Transit maintained their leading positions in their respective segments, while the Territory and Explorer saw positive growth. Sales success stems not only from product quality but also from a comprehensive service experience. Last year, Ford Vietnam launched an e-commerce platform to facilitate ordering and a mobile service that is available for 4 hours or free of charge – a model that is the first of its kind in the Vietnamese automotive industry.

With an online shopping platform, customers can easily research information, choose a vehicle, and place an order with just a few clicks, ensuring convenience, transparency, and security in the digital age.

Ford is proud of its 4-hour or free mobile service, as Vietnam is the first market globally to implement this service model. Using connected data, the system can track when Ford vehicles need maintenance and remind owners to schedule mobile service at their preferred location, ensuring a quick and efficient experience whenever and wherever customers need it. Ford Vietnam has deployed 54 mobile service vehicles nationwide, performing over 1,000 services with a 99% on-time completion rate.

Continuing its goal of enhancing the customer experience, Ford improves existing features such as Online Service Appointment, Pickup and Delivery, FordPass, Ford Experts, and Discover Your Ford Vehicle through continuous surveying and analysis of user feedback.
