The DUALCOOL™ AI Air conditioner generation is equipped with AI technology and smart sensors to help save energy proactively and effectively.
The open window detection sensor works based on the change in the ambient temperature. When detecting a sudden temperature difference for 5 minutes, the air conditioner will automatically activate the power saving mode. Users can customize the power efficiency at 40%, 60% or 80% and the saving time from 10 to 60 minutes through the LG ThinQ application.

With the user detection sensor, LG air conditioner can detect the presence of a user within a range of 5m with a scanning angle of up to 90° vertically and 100° horizontally, thereby adjusting the appropriate wind direction. When detecting no one in the room, the air conditioner will switch to energy-saving mode or automatically turn off after a default time, depending on the user's settings.
In addition to the two smart sensors, the DUALCOOL™ AI Air conditioner range also features the kW Manager power management mode on the exclusive LG ThinQ application.
