The breakthrough feature of the new air conditioner product line is the dual-fan design – a significant upgrade compared to current models which only have a single front fan. This improvement allows the airflow to spread further, up to 22m, a 22% increase compared to conventional products; while also enhancing performance with a 23% faster cooling speed and a 6% faster heating capability.

The DUALCOOL™ AI Air generation of air conditioners is equipped with AI technology and smart sensors to proactively and efficiently save energy.
The window-opening sensor operates based on changes in ambient temperature. When a sudden temperature difference is detected within 5 minutes, the air conditioner will automatically activate energy-saving mode. Users can customize energy efficiency levels at 40%, 60%, or 80%, and the saving time from 10 to 60 minutes via the LG ThinQ app.
The DUALCOOL™ AI Air generation of air conditioners is equipped with AI technology and smart sensors to proactively and efficiently save energy.
With its user detection sensor, LG air conditioners can detect the presence of users within a 5m radius with a scanning angle of up to 90° vertically and 100° horizontally, thereby adjusting the airflow direction accordingly. When no one is detected in the room, the air conditioner will switch to energy-saving mode or automatically turn off after a default time, depending on the user's settings.
In addition to the two smart sensors, the DUALCOOL™ AI Air range of air conditioners also features the kW Manager power management mode on the exclusive LG ThinQ app. This feature allows users to set desired power consumption limits and monitor actual consumption in real time, making it easy to control their monthly electricity bills.
Furthermore, the Dual Inverter Compressor™ system enhances cooling performance while reducing energy consumption by up to 70% compared to conventional air conditioners.

Accordingly, the air conditioner is equipped with a filtration system that reduces fine dust, bacteria, and viruses. In particular, the Plasmaster™ Ionizer++ air purification technology has been upgraded, capable of releasing up to 10 trillion ions. As a result, the product can eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria in just 60 minutes.
The product range is also equipped with Freeze Cleaning mode – a self-cleaning process for the indoor unit that freezes bacteria, rinses, and dries them. This process uses melted ice water to wash away dust and odors, reducing the accumulation of pathogens such as mold and bacteria inside the indoor unit, providing a fresh, safe airflow for users. This mode also helps the device operate reliably and maintain optimal performance, and can be easily activated via the LG ThinQ app.
