Press conference of France - Vietnam Job Fair

This year, in Hanoi, the France-Vietnam Job Fair will take place on May 11, 2019, from 8:00 to 13:00 at ARMY Hotel, 1A Nguyen Tri Phuong, Ba Dinh District. In Ho Chi Minh City, the France-Vietnam Job Fair will take place on May 18, 2019, from 8:00 to 13:00 at NOVOTEL Saigon Center Hotel, 167 Hai Ba Trung, District 3.

The main purpose of the France - Vietnam Job Fair is to create opportunities for French and Vietnamese businesses to meet and recruit young Vietnamese people with high expertise and skills to work in an international environment, creating opportunities for young Vietnamese people, especially those who have studied French or international training programs, to access career opportunities, learn more about businesses and raise awareness of current labor market trends.

With an expected number of 250 candidates in Hanoi and 400 in Ho Chi Minh City, the event is also a place to gather graduates, young people just starting their careers, candidates with many years of experience or who are looking to improve their skills and meet recruiting businesses. Specialized seminars in English or Vietnamese will take place in parallel during the event, with the aim of improving communication skills and sharing experiences for candidates participating in the application.

The French-Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFV) and France Alumni Vietnam – French Embassy in Vietnam have jointly organized the French-Vietnamese Job Fair since 2014. The event was first held in Hanoi, then held in parallel in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from 2016 to present. In 2018, the event attracted more than 700 candidates and 47 companies to attend.
