With the theme “Energy Technology - Environmentally Friendly Solutions”, Entech Hanoi 2016 will take place for 3 days from May 18 to May 20 at the International Exhibition Center ICE, 91 Tran Hung Dao, Hanoi. This is the 8th time this event has been organized under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Hanoi People's Committee.

The exhibition has a scale of more than 6,000m2, with nearly 200 booths of about 150 domestic and foreign organizations and enterprises, displaying energy-saving and environmental technologies and products from Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Czech Republic, etc. Nearly 200 booths displaying energy-environmental products and technologies at the fair include the following fields: environmental treatment equipment, equipment for manufacturing plants, energy equipment, high-performance equipment, energy-saving and environmentally friendly household appliances.
One of the objectives of this fair is to create a favorable environment for businesses to access advanced technological solutions with high knowledge content, gradually replacing low-performance equipment with high-performance equipment to reduce input costs and improve the competitiveness of businesses. At the same time, creating favorable conditions for businesses operating in the field of energy and environment to meet, exchange, cooperate in business, transfer technology... In addition, displaying product models and solutions for efficient energy use, products labeled as energy-saving.
In addition to visiting the booths and products on display, visitors can also participate in side seminars such as: Seminar "Guidelines for developing action plans to apply Cleaner Production in industry and action plans to respond to climate change in the Hanoi industry and trade sector" (14:00-16:00 on May 18); Seminar "Solutions to improve energy efficiency in buildings and construction works" (9:00-11:00 on May 19); Application of the latest technology for synchronous boiler systems; Introduction of Biomass power plants and waste-to-energy recycling; Introduction of the safety of the advanced reactor APR1400 (14:00-15:40 on May 19); Seminar on Solutions to improve energy efficiency in industry (9:00-11:00 on May 20).
Within the framework of the exhibition, there will be an Award Ceremony for the "Green Technology Products" competition hosted by the Department of Industry and Trade. This is an activity to honor advanced products in the field of energy saving and environmental protection.
