At the launch event, a gatby-themed party was held in the luxurious grounds of the JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort, attended by a host of stars, designers, celebrities, and influencers from the showbiz and media industries.

According to architect Bill Bensley, the architectural concept for this culinary mansion stems from the fictional legend of Madame Pearl Collins, a famous woman who once lived at the historic Lamarck University. Pink Pearl evokes images of luxurious dinners and lively Gatsby-style parties from the 1920s, while also reflecting the warm, hospitable, generous, and classy spirit of Madame Pearl.

This villa will be the setting for creating and serving exquisite, sophisticated French cuisine, inspired by the renowned chef Amine Lakhdari, who has collaborated on the establishment of many Michelin-starred restaurants in France.

Upon entering the Pink Pearl villa, guests will be overwhelmed by the spacious and impressive main dining area. The airy atmosphere stems from the French-inspired design, with high ceilings and large windows that let in abundant natural light and the fresh, cool sea breeze of the paradise beach. Beyond the main hall, the Pink Pearl villa is divided into five separate private dining rooms, each accommodating 8 to 10 people.

The interior of this villa also clearly reflects the sophisticated aesthetic taste of architect Bill Bensley. From the unique patterns on the sofa upholstery and the elaborately decorated floor tiles to the artistic photographs and hand-painted murals on the walls, combined with elegantly arranged sculptures, every detail is meticulously crafted.

In contrast to the opulent and grandiose style of the dining rooms, the wine tasting room, located in the basement of the villa, features a muted, cool color scheme and seats limited to ten people, making it the ideal venue for intimate parties and meetings requiring a quiet space. The highlight of the room is the spiral staircase leading to monochrome enamel cabinets containing a selection of premium wines.
Pink Pearl's "farm-to-table" menu is a unique blend of premium local ingredients and carefully selected imported produce, rotating with the seasons.

Through the skillful hands of chef Amine Lakhdari, creatively prepared specialties such as Phu Quoc sea urchin, the renowned Charolaise Beef Pithivier, and Opera Pearl Marou Chocolate cake will offer visitors a top-notch culinary experience.

Diners at Pink Pearl also receive advice on premium wines that can be paired with the restaurant's high-class dishes.

More than just a dinner, Pink Pearl offers diners unique and unforgettable experiences. Pianists and violinists perform classical music or combine their performances with beautiful opera voices, creating a fine-dining atmosphere with a distinctly French feel.
