Indian Cuisine Week at JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel

Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Republic of India and the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and India, JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel in collaboration with the Embassy of India in Hanoi co-organized the Indian Food Festival at JW Café Restaurant. From March 20 to April 2, 2017, diners coming to the festival will enjoy typical Indian dishes as well as explore the colorful culture of the second most populous country in the world.

 

The diverse and rich Indian cuisine is the perfect combination of dozens of different spices that create a strong stimulation of the sense of smell, sight and taste. Diners coming to JW Café these days will enjoy more than 64 special dishes prepared by the talented guest chef Bijoy Krishna Maity - Sous Chef Banquets of the JW Marriott Kolkata hotel. The journey to discover the cuisine of this South Asian country begins with Naan bread, Tandoori Roti, an indispensable part of any Indian daily meal, to light and creamy curries cooked from dairy products such as yogurt, fresh milk, whole milk (lamb curry - Dum Ka Murgh, chicken curry - Murgh Makai Ka Soweta, fish curry - fish Malabar Curry...) and many other attractive main dishes and desserts that will satisfy even the most demanding diners.
