The first international 5-star resort in Vietnam's Pearl Island, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, opened its doors to welcome its first guests on January 25, 2017. This resort continues the philosophy of the JW Marriott brand in providing opportunities to enjoy rich experiences and high-class amenities for visitors.
Bill Bensley’s design story for JW Marriott Phu Quoc is a fictional university, inspired by French naturalist Jean Baptiste Lamarck. The resort’s architecture reflects the early 20th century style, including traditional French colonial architecture. Every detail, from decorative objects to staff uniforms, was personally researched and created by him to create unity in the entire design theme of the resort. With 244 comfortable rooms including a variety of rooms, suites, buildings and independent villas, JW Marriott Phu Quoc is beautifully located on Khem Beach, blending with the wild beauty, blue sea, and endless white sand.
