This event will welcome over 300 professionals in the restaurant industry, representatives from MICHELIN Guide's official partners, as well as representatives from domestic and international media outlets.
At the event, the list of restaurants selected by MICHELIN Guide in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang in 2024 will be announced, including: MICHELIN Guide Special Awards, MICHELIN Selected establishments, Bib Gourmand award recipients (specifically for Da Nang - a newly added city to MICHELIN Guide's culinary destination list, as the list of Bib Gourmand award recipients in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will be revealed before this announcement), along with the most anticipated award recipients - MICHELIN Stars.
All restaurants on this selection are evaluated and ranked by anonymous MICHELIN Guide reviewers based on five globally consistent criteria: ingredient quality; culinary skill; flavor harmony; chef's personality as expressed through the dish; and consistency of the dish over time and across the entire menu. These criteria – currently applied in over 40 destinations worldwide – ensure consistency and fairness in the selection process, as well as a consistently high standard of international excellence.
The excitement surrounding this prestigious event will be further enhanced by an exclusive high-end cocktail reception prepared by MICHELIN-starred and MICHELIN-selected restaurants from Vietnam and internationally.
