Following the success of the 2023 Culinary Sensation culinary event series, which featured world-renowned chefs, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay continues to treat discerning diners at the resort with a culinary week in early 2024, taking place from February 29th to March 5th. The opening week begins with a special feast, bringing together four talented chefs to create a harmonious yet distinctive culinary experience. Over the following days, each chef will showcase their individual culinary style, leading diners on a unique and satisfying flavor adventure.

Schedule for Culinary Sensation Food Week 2024:
February 29th:A welcome party and a chance to meet all the chefs. Guests will be treated to light dishes created by the guest chefs, accompanied by fine wines and cocktails.
March 1st:An eight-course dinner was presented by all four chefs.

March 2nd:This pop-up dinner features contemporary Vietnamese cuisine with Chef Nghiem Minh Duc of the renowned Michelin-starred Nous Dine restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. Chef Duc is a master at combining local ingredients with creative cooking styles that bear his unique personal touch. At this dinner, diners are invited on a culinary adventure through a range of flavors, leaving a lasting impression.
Chef Nghiem Minh Duc - Founder and Head Chef of NOUS Dine restaurant - will bring diners unique experiences through his creative storytelling style using cuisine, inspired by dishes rich in Vietnamese culture.
March 3rd:A pop-up dinner featuring contemporary Korean cuisine with Chef Chi Joon Huyk of Labri Bistro, one of Hanoi's few Michelin-starred restaurants. Driven by an unceasing passion for his native Korean cuisine, Chef Chi Joon Huyk skillfully blends the sophistication of French gastronomy with the vibrancy of Korean culinary traditions to create a modern dining experience that still retains a touch of Asian tradition.
Chef Chi Joon Hyuk, co-founder of Labri Hanoi, will showcase the exquisite blend of Korean cuisine with sophisticated French techniques on the evening of March 3, 2024.
March 4th:A pop-up dinner featuring contemporary Thai cuisine with Chef SOM from the renowned SOM's Table restaurant in Hua Hin, Thailand. Famous for his artistic approach to cooking, Chef SOM focuses on and utilizes flavor as the core element in each of his culinary creations. Every meal created by SOM transcends boundaries, leaving only a passion for taste.
Chef SOM from SOM's Table Hua Hin will guide diners on a journey through the rich and well-rounded flavors of traditional Thai cuisine, created by her own chefs.
March 5th:Enjoy a vegan pop-up dinner with Chef Timothy Goddard at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay. Chef Tim has an endless passion for green cuisine. From using seasonal ingredients to the resort's 'farm-to-table' model, Chef Tim consistently captivates diners with a sustainable culinary experience: fresh, clean, and full of flavor.
