"Molecular wellness" is a non-traditional healthcare approach because it focuses on protecting life at its core, specifically protecting enzyme molecules (proteins) and proteins of plasma membranes, nuclear membranes, and mitochondrial membranes, antibodies (proteins), and hormone proteins... by limiting the constant harmful effects of acid radicals, free radicals, and heavy metal ions.
The book addresses two main issues: proposing principles of health preservation based on the molecular foundations of life, and discovering unconventional paths to explore the profound medical ideas of the Vietnamese people as expressed in Nôm script.
Professor Dr. Le Dinh Phai at the book launch of "Molecular Health Preservation".
The ideological foundation of "Molecular Health Preservation" originates from the meaning and philosophy derived from the two Vietnamese characters: DƯỠNG (nourishment) and SINH (life). By breaking down the structural strokes of these two characters, the author discovered four precious gems (the four pillars), which are also the "treasures" for maintaining and protecting human life: nutrition, lifestyle, environment, and mind.
These four pillars form a cycle that the author calls the "circle of life" because all life revolves around these pillars. It is an immutable law of life. If humans know how to properly care for these four pillars, with the observance of precepts as the core, they can control the destructive factors of life, primarily the three poisons: the three poisons of the mind (greed, anger, and delusion) and the three poisons of biochemistry (acid radicals, free radicals, and heavy metal ions). When these two poisons are well controlled, the vitality of all cells becomes stronger (important protein molecules in the body are safely protected). Therefore, this method is called "Molecular Health Preservation."
A large number of guests attended the book launch.
With "Molecular Health Preservation," the author has discovered a new perspective on VITALITY, different from classical approaches such as: Qi (China), Ki (Japan), Prana (India), Ruach (Jewish), Holy Spirit (Islamic countries), or Christianity, where vital energy (soul) is infused into a person through sculpting clay. In short, VITALITY is often conceived in a sacred, vague, philosophical, or spiritual way. According to modern science, VITALITY comes from the operation of DNA molecules (genes) or from subtle vibrational frequencies. But according to "Molecular Health Preservation," VITALITY comes from the Four Pillars.
In addition to its innovations in the theory of health preservation and methods for exploring the depth of thought in Nôm script, "Molecular Health Preservation" also proposes entirely new concepts about the causes of disease, medicine, and pharmaceuticals; discovers interesting things about the word BLOOD and, especially, the miraculous aspects of health preservation on the human face.

“One of the most innovative aspects of the book is Professor Le Dinh Phai's perspective, which takes familiar things as something new and interesting, something we often overlook. The content and research presented in the book are all creative, fascinating, and promising insights into health and wellness that readers can access and apply to their daily lives,” shared Ms. Tran Thanh Viet, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Vgreen Group.
It can be asserted that "Molecular Wellness" is a book that proposes unconventional perspectives on many aspects of the science of life and health.
