The Hue Tet program organized by the Hue City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee from February 1 to February 5 promises to bring the atmosphere of Tet in the ancient capital of Hue to people and tourists from all over the world.
In addition, people and tourists can also enjoy the Nguyen Tieu poetry night, Hoang Mai festival, art performances at the lobby of the Provincial Cultural - Cinema Center, Huyen Tran Temple festival; enjoy the Spring Flower Festival; walking street on both banks of the Huong River.
Districts and towns in Thua Thien Hue will also have many activities to attract people and tourists to enjoy Spring such as the traditional wrestling festival of Thu Le village in Quang Dien district (January 6); the traditional wrestling festival of Sinh village (January 10).
Thua Thien Hue province will organize 3 high-altitude fireworks displays to welcome the new year using socialized funding. This activity is part of the plan to organize activities to celebrate the Party and the Spring of Giap Thin 2024.
Accordingly, 1,000 fireworks will be fired in Hue City, 500 in Quang Dien District and 500 in Phu Vang District. Previously, Thua Thien Hue Province also organized fireworks to welcome the New Year of the Cat 2023. The preparation work was carried out by the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Military Command.

The People's Committee of Huong Thuy town will organize low-altitude fireworks display at Thanh Toan Tile Bridge in the art program welcoming the New Year of the Dragon from 0:00 to 0:10 on February 10 from socialized funding.
