It can be said that one of the impressive highlights opening the event “The Luxury Intersection – Asian Symphony” is the premium buffet dinner at Tempus Fugit restaurant taking place on February 10 (the first day of Lunar New Year). Diners will be able to open all their senses in an interesting way, from the favorite grilled specialties of the Kim Chi land such as grilled beef ribs, spicy grilled pork belly, grilled chicken thighs with soy sauce or grilled dried pollack with spicy sauce, to the Tet delicacies in traditional Cantonese cuisine such as salmon salad, Poon Choi, crispy roasted pork, steamed grouper with soy sauce... And of course, there cannot be a lack of the typical flavors of Vietnamese cuisine during the traditional Tet holiday such as banh chung, banh tet, pickled shallots, papaya salad with dried beef or sweet rice dumplings, contributing to the completeness of the “Asian Symphony”.
