From February 10th to 17th, 2024, a captivating culinary journey unfolds at JW Marriott Phu Quoc, leading guests through the beautiful and historically rich landscapes of Phu Quoc, Seoul, and Guangzhou to discover the exquisite flavors of Vietnam, Korea, and China, harmoniously and subtly blended. From a lavish Asian-style buffet at Tempus Fugit restaurant to a special dinner menu at Pink Pearl restaurant, from an elegant afternoon tea in the traditional Tet style at French & Co. restaurant to carefully selected premium wines at the Department of Chemistry bar, everything is meticulously prepared with attention to detail, promising a memorable culinary experience not only for its superb flavors but also for the rich cultural heritage of three East Asian cuisines.

One of the most impressive highlights of the "The Luxury Intersection – Asian Symphony" event was undoubtedly the exquisite buffet dinner at Tempus Fugit restaurant on February 10th (the first day of the Lunar New Year). Guests were treated to a delightful sensory experience, from beloved Korean grilled specialties like grilled beef ribs, spicy grilled pork belly, soy sauce grilled chicken thighs, and spicy grilled pollock, to traditional Cantonese New Year delicacies such as salmon sashimi, Poon Choi, crispy-skinned roast pork, and steamed grouper... And of course, the signature flavors of Vietnamese New Year cuisine, such as banh chung (sticky rice cake), banh tet (cylindrical sticky rice cake), pickled shallots, papaya salad with dried beef, and sweet glutinous rice balls in sweet soup, completed the "Asian Symphony."
