Launch of TADA ride-hailing app in Vietnam

14/01/2019

On January 21, MVL Technology Vietnam will officially launch a mobile ride-hailing application called TADA. Vietnam is the third country in Southeast Asia in the global development plan of the parent company MVL, headquartered in Korea.

In Korean, TADA means “Let’s Go”. With the strategic vision of founder Kay Woo, the TADA application was developed based on taking the community’s benefits as the core value, increasing driver partners’ income, bringing quality service and great experience to riders at competitive prices.

What sets TADA apart from existing ride-hailing apps is the recognition it gives to drivers who drive responsibly, safely, and receive better reviews than their peers.

TADA wants to bring a friendly, professional and reliable application to all users. At the same time, through the MVL reward point system, driver partners will have more motivation to provide better service to passengers, and vice versa, passengers will also be recognized with reward points throughout the usage process.

TADA is the first ride-hailing app in the world and Vietnam to introduce a “no fee” policy for drivers’ commissions. TADA will be operated as an application model on a transparent and responsible mobile data ecosystem platform, reinforced by advanced blockchain technology that MVL has researched and developed. For trips paid by card, driver partners only have to pay a small transaction fee (under 5%/transaction) depending on the issuing bank.

“TADA will be the first ride-hailing app to use blockchain technology. With this technology, we will be able to provide higher value in collecting information, metrics on each passenger’s trip and 0% commission for drivers. I am excited to see this contribute to the overall improvement of the global ride-hailing industry,” said MVL founder Kay Woo.
