Meitu Group recently partnered with NikkieTutorials to launch the #SHEunites program in support of the Peacemakers Network. Meitu's MakeupPlus app will feature three unique makeup looks created by popular YouTube makeup artist NikkieTutorials for the #SHEunites campaign. The app first went viral with NikkieTutorial's half-face makeup tutorial to raise awareness about makeup criticism, the power of makeup, and makeup looks.
#SHEunites program to support the Peace Lovers Network
Peacemakers Network was initiated by the United Nations and believes that women play a vital role in building a peaceful and prosperous society while their contributions are often overlooked. In partnership with NikkieTutorials, the #SHEunites campaign aims to support the important work done by women around the world by providing a digital platform to share inspiring stories, while also raising funds for Peacemakers Network to conduct trainings, workshops and strengthen the capacity of local women’s networks around the world. Supporters of the campaign are encouraged to download the MakeupPlus app and apply their favorite #Sheunites virtual makeup look, share photos and hashtag #SHEunites on Instagram.
