The special feature of the exhibition is the four rooms on the upper floor, with four themed rooms following each other in an orderly experience. Each space is a “chapter” in the story that Tam Son tells about the creative journey, honoring the sustainable aesthetic value and traditional craft spirit in the digital age.
After the Interchange Hall, people are led to the upper floor, where four themed rooms are located in a row. The Heritage Room leads viewers to turn the pages of precious history, where the traditional, core values of the world's leading brands are displayed.

Celebrating craftsmanship and exquisite engineering
Among those galleries, the Artisan room stands out as the most crowded stop, because visitors can witness the artisans' skills with their own eyes, feeling the breath of craftsmanship right before their eyes.

Here, artisans from the world's leading brands sit and work directly, allowing the audience to follow every meticulous gesture, every needle and thread that creates the value of luxury products. This is the clearest proof that craftsmanship is still the core foundation in the digital age.

Among them is the artist Marcia Santos from Hermès, who has 12 years of experience working at the French luxury brand. She uses printed silk fabric to perform the manual hemming process, the special thing about this technique is that the thread is not visible, creating a seamless and absolutely delicate product surface. Each product such as a silk scarf is completed in a period of 1 to 2 hours, requiring high concentration and extensive experience. In addition, she chooses the appropriate thread: synthetic thread for ties, silk thread for scarves.

This room lifts the veil on the invisible aspects of the crafting process, reminding us of the abstract thinking that has always been the driving force behind innovation and creativity.

The creative energy, though rooted in the past, always looks forward, a driving force to open up new aesthetic horizons for the Vietnamese urban lifestyle.
