Exciting "French Summer"

Last Sunday, April 21st, Art Kitchen Studio collaborated with Vivins Wine Club to launch the "French Summer" program, aiming to introduce the unique aspects of French culture, cuisine, and beverages to a wide audience in the elegant setting of Vivins Wine Club.

This program is led by style expert Giao Giao, culinary expert Bui Thu Thao, and notably features the participation of Wine Knight Tran Quoc Chung. Also attending the program are Miss Phan Hoang Kim, Director Buu Loc Tran (Director of the film Hai Phuong), dancer Linh Tam, Top 3 MasterChef 2013 Thai Hoa, along with female entrepreneurs, the culinary community, and representatives from the press.

Within the framework of this program, Host Giao Giao shared and exchanged with participants about French culture and people; especially the prominent activities in the lives of French people when summer arrives. In addition, the romantic aspects of French cuisine and the personality of the French people were also revealed.

The Vivins Wine Club venue was chosen to host the "French Summer" event.

Meanwhile, Wine Knight Tran Quoc Chung introduced various types of wine, demonstrated how to open and pour bottles, and showed how to enjoy wine in the French style.

Wine expert Quoc Chung also advises and recommends wines that pair well with the four dishes on the French menu, creating a culinary feast brimming with flavor.

And of course, we can't overlook the culinary aspect when talking about France. Culinary expert Thu Thảo introduced four dishes to the guests: vegetable salad, French onion soup, baked duck breast with orange sauce, and crepes.

Host Thu Thảo and the chef from Vivins Wine Club restaurant will introduce recipes for salad and baked duck breast with orange sauce. They will also share some tips on keeping vegetables fresh and preparing flavorful duck meat, resulting in delicious and visually appealing dishes.

"Summer in France" can be described as a fascinating slice of life that almost perfectly reflects the spirit of France through its culture, cuisine, and drinks in a subtle and refined way.
