The combination of Vietnamese delicacies with traditional Italian dishes in a unique menu, providing a variety of choices for all diners, is what has made the reputation of the Café Central brand over the past 16 years as one of the most prestigious culinary locations in the city.

Renovated from a colonial-style villa located at 202 Pasteur, this stylish dining venue can accommodate up to 220 guests with 40 outdoor seats and three private VIP rooms inside.

The luxurious interior stands out in strong colors, contrasting with the lush, poetic garden outside - a rare peaceful place on bustling Pasteur Street. The restaurant is impressively and harmoniously designed from raw materials with warm tones of exposed bricks and natural wood with high-class copper gold, creating a cozy and unique space - a perfect meeting place for a leisurely lunch with friends or a formal dinner with partners.

The restaurant is open daily, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with a wide range of attractive drinks, from coffee, specialty teas, fresh fruit smoothies to excellent wines and cocktails. The menu is very creative in modern culinary style along with the luxurious restaurant space designed on the elegant ancient villa background will create wonderful experiences for every diner.

Luke Nguyen, also head chef of WMC Group’s acclaimed Vietnam House restaurant, said he was honoured to be part of Café Central’s culinary story. “There are many great things about Vietnamese cuisine, but it has to be about everyday dishes that are fresh and healthy,” he said.

Sharing the same view, chef Enrico de Martino sees similarities between Vietnamese and Italian cuisine: “In Italy, food is always the bond between family and friends and brings a warm feeling of affection, and that is what we bring to diners at Café Central Villa Pasteur.”
Some of the traditional Vietnamese dishes introduced on the menu include beef or chicken pho, seafood sour soup, beef stew, and crab vermicelli. For Italian cuisine, diners can enjoy famous dishes such as Zuppa di pesce (seafood soup, garlic, chili, cherry tomatoes and premium olive oil), Ossobuco (veal, saffron rice and gremolata sauce), Cartoccio (Linguine pasta with squid, shrimp, clams), Fettuccine (Italian flat noodles, minced beef sauce and parmesan cheese), or the charming Panna cotta dessert.
