From June 8th to June 16th, two guest chefs from Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview Hotel, will introduce diners to renowned Singaporean cuisine, prepared by these experienced chefs themselves at Saigon Café restaurant. Singapore is not only famous for its vibrant street food reflecting diverse cultures around the world, but also possesses the charm of carefully preserved traditional flavors, crafted with passion and dedication by talented chefs – an experience no discerning diner should miss.

The collection of Singaporean dishes featured this time includes Hainanese chicken rice, Laksa, water spinach, and fish cakes. Guest chefs also bring signature soups such as Bak Kut Teh (pork rib soup), Nyonya oxtail soup, and many other delicious specialties.
