The renowned Australian travel magazine Lonely Planet has selected seven dishes served in bowls that offer the best dining experience, and Vietnamese pho is included in this list. The evaluation was based on the criteria that the dish must be both delicious and provide a comfortable dining experience for the diner.

Whether it's chicken or beef pho, it has a very distinctive and flavorful aroma. Hanoi boasts many famous pho restaurants such as Pho Thin, Pho Ly Quoc Su, Pho Bat Dan, Pho Lam (Pho Nam Ngu)... Pho Thin even has a branch in Japan, while Pho Ly Quoc Su has also appeared in Saigon.
