According to a survey by Rakuten Insight Market Research, the Vietnamese market has a high demand for vegan meat products, with 86% of consumers using these foods in their diet. More and more people in Vietnam and Asia are turning to vegetarian or flexitarian diets for health or environmental reasons.

At the event, Chef Sakal Phoeng brought diners a culinary performance, along with experiencing exclusive dishes with Green Rebel plant-based meat products in beef and chicken flavors. Green Rebel and P'ti collaborated to create an exclusive menu with Green Rebel plant-based meat ingredients, bringing typical Vietnamese and Western flavors in general.
Each dish is made from one of five Green Rebel products in the Vietnamese market: Vegetarian Chicken Katsu, Vegetarian Crispy Chicken, Vegetarian Chicken, Vegetarian Beef Steak and Vegetarian Shaked Beef.
The menu includes Rebel Shake and Pasta using Vegan Chicken Katsu, along with Vegan Chicken Katsu with Avocado Salad and Chick'n Nuggets using Vegan Crispy Chicken.

A Life-cycle Assessment (LCA) conducted by the International Institute for Life Sciences (I3L) of Indonesia has shown that Green Rebel’s beef products have the potential to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions, emitting 91% less greenhouse gases than local beef due to the use of less water and energy during production. In addition, Ms. Helga Angelina, co-founder of Green Rebel, shared: “One of the company’s goals is to provide plant-based meat products at a reasonable price compared to animal-based meat in the markets where we operate, starting with beef.”
