Information from the Singapore Tourism Board said that the Singapore Food Festival (SFF) 2020 will be held online. This is the first time in 27 years that an event that many international tourists look forward to in the lion island has had to be held online.
The festival will bring a global audience a series of online culinary tours
With this online edition, the festival will bring to the global audience a series of online food tours, online cooking classes with chefs and experts, chef collaborations, and limited edition Singapore souvenirs and signature dishes.

With the theme "Rediscover the Foodie in You", SFF 2020 features more than 25 partners in the culinary industry along with new discovery experiences, promising to bring culinary enthusiasts a memorable cultural party right at home.

Ms. Ranita Sundra, Director of Retail and Food, Singapore Tourism Board (STB), shared: "The Singapore Food Festival has always been a space for us to recreate the vibrant and ever-growing culinary culture in this island nation. Although we cannot organize it in person as usual, we are still very honored and proud of the unique experiences in this year's online version. We hope that the festival will help participants rediscover the culinary experience in a whole new way."
