When modern cocktails evoke "hometown flavors"
Inspired by local ingredients, the talented bartenders at Chill Corner have created unique cocktails, imbued with Vietnamese influences. The flavors of giang leaves, lemongrass, Sapa forest mushrooms, dill, Northern green rice... combined with modern mixing techniques create enchanting cocktails.
Using local ingredients as the basis for creativity, alcoholic drinks are presented by bartenders in their own unique style.
In particular, the "Troi Nuoc" cocktail is the "signature" of the restaurant, using the clarifying filtering technique to capture the sweet, fatty, sour, spicy, warm flavor of sesame, coconut, and fragrant ginger, while also creating a clear cocktail that sparkles under the shimmering lights, so chill...
The difference of Chill After Work also comes from the use of handmade syrup made from natural fruit ingredients, dripping slowly drop by drop, the sugar used to make syrup is also rock sugar. Moreover, the base liquor for cocktails and mocktails here also comes from Gin Song Cai, a Vietnamese native liquor that is carefully soaked.
Customers coming to Chill Corner jokingly say that the Chill After Work menu looks very "Western", but is actually very "Vietnamese".
"Floating Water" cocktail - the restaurant's signature dish.
