This limited edition gin is the result of over six months of close work between Lady Trieu Gin – Asia’s most award-winning gin brand, and Peter Cuong Franklin – head chef of Anan Saigon, the first MICHELIN-starred restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City and a regular on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
Sharing about this collaboration, Chef Peter said: "I am very proud of the results after more than 6 months of working together between the Lady Trieu team and Anan Saigon. Lady Triệu Ănăn Phở Gin is hand-distilled at the Lady Triệu Distillery in the Cu Chi suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City using traditional copper pot stills, in small batches. A seasonal limited edition, this gin is only available at the locations of Ănăn Saigon: Ănăn restaurant, Nhậu Nhậu bar, and Pot Au Phở. The flavour may change slightly with the seasons, but is guaranteed to be fresh, vibrant, and true to Vietnamese identity.
