Flight attendant
This profession is often labeled "glamorous" due to its high income and the always polished and beautiful appearance of its practitioners. The image of elegant flight attendants with model-like looks, always cheerful and charming, makes many young people aspire to become them. For those with a passion for travel, this dream is even more intense. One morning in Saigon, the next in Bangkok, the day after admiring the Seine River in Paris… Experiencing all four seasons of different countries. Isn't that a truly worthwhile life for young people?

Of course, the hardships of the job are countless, and due to the specific nature of the profession requiring a selective appearance, not everyone who dreams of it and is determined to succeed will be chosen. However, being a flight attendant remains one of the most admired and beloved professions among young people.
Tour guide
This profession is popular and most chosen by those who follow the "traveling lifestyle." With enough passion, anyone can become a tour guide. Nowadays, in addition to traditional tours, this profession is even more exciting with creative tours tailored to the needs and love of novelty of tourists. Examples include adventure tours, trekking tours through forests, and tours exploring mysterious caves…

When it comes to the level of hard work involved in the profession, tour guiding is probably always at the top of the list. But the satisfaction of traveling as desired, thoroughly learning about the places they will be guiding and sharing that knowledge with like-minded people... these are the factors that make young people "addicted" to this profession.
Travel Blogger
Since the advent of social media, the concept of travel blogger has emerged. These are individuals who specialize in writing about their travel experiences and sharing them on social media with like-minded people. Starting from personal interests, their posts are spontaneous and natural, without needing a specific theme or plan. However, once they gain a high level of engagement, sharing, and a large following, they naturally become influencers in their field. And their posts, images, and videos can now generate revenue for their owners, rather than simply being free.

Currently, travel blogging is quite developed in Vietnam. Names like Quy Coc Tu, Nhi Dang, and Dinh Hang are known and loved by most young people. In fact, travel bloggers have started operating more professionally and systematically, planning their own trips and seeking sponsorships, or being invited by projects to create serious travel experience content. Thus, travel blogging is no longer just a hobby, but has become a real profession.
Travel Creator

Perhaps this is still a relatively new concept in Vietnam. A travel creator refers to someone capable of creating travel-related content in various forms such as writing, photography, videography, and design. They may handle all stages of creating a complete travel content product themselves, or they may only plan and contribute to parts within their area of expertise. However, most travel creators are multi-talented and prefer to do everything themselves to ensure the product perfectly matches their vision. Travel creators typically have their own channels on popular social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, gaining a large following and support, and wielding considerable influence in the tourism industry.

This July, Hanwha DREAMPLUS's project to find potential travel creators will officially launch in Vietnam, following its successful run in South Korea since 2014. Any young person passionate about travel can apply. The program will last for 5 months, including 2 months of internship and 3 months of full-time work as a travel creator. The program is sponsored by DSSVTI, Pops Worldwide, Big Cat, and Highlands Coffee.
Following the selection process, candidates with impressive profiles who pass the interview will become interns for an 8-week program, receiving professional training in diverse skills such as planning, video production, photography, writing, and social media management from experts and influencers from Pops Worldwide and Bigcat. At the end of the internship, the most outstanding candidates who meet the program's criteria will become official travel content creators for Hanwha DREAMPLUS for 3 months. Throughout the program, participants will receive up to $1,000 USD in domestic travel allowances and a monthly salary for creating engaging travel content.
