This year, Novotel Suites Hanoi is participating in the Australian Food Festival with a variety of special culinary programs. The Sunday Brunch buffet is the highlight of the Australian Food Festival's events. In addition to a diverse international buffet menu, diners will enjoy signature Australian dishes as well as fusion cuisine combining the best of Australian and Vietnamese culinary traditions, prepared with premium imported ingredients such as beef, lamb, and seafood.

DINNER SET MENU
Throughout May – a month dedicated to celebrating the finest Australian cuisine – diners will enjoy a three-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Takahisa Erikawa in the elegant and modern setting of Food Exchange restaurant. Begin your romantic dinner with an appetizer of salted salmon salad, served with grilled kale and asparagus. Guests can choose one of two main courses to suit their personal preference: oven-baked Australian beef tenderloin, served with mushroom and sautéed small vegetables in butter, or pan-seared sea bass, served with clams, quinoa, and wild mushrooms. And what could be sweeter and more perfect than ending your meal with one of Australia's most beloved desserts: coconut sponge cake with spicy egg custard.

Australia is home to some of the world's most renowned wine regions. Australian barley is famous for its high quality, low moisture content, and minimal impurities, thanks to Australia's natural endowment of pristine water sources, fertile soil on sun-drenched hillsides, a clean environment, and a cool climate. These characteristics have made Australian wines famous worldwide, on par with French and Chilean wines. At this year's Australian Food Festival, Novotel Suites Hanoi will introduce wine enthusiasts to two of Australia's finest premium wine selections: Lindeman's Premier Selection and De Bortoli Family Selection.
Lindeman's Premier Selection is a signature and renowned line of Lindeman wines. The Shiraz Cabernet red wine boasts refreshing fruit flavors from ripe berries with a hint of spicy white pepper, perfect with slow-cooked or grilled meats. The Semillon Chardonnay white wine is a captivating blend of Semillon and Chardonnay, with rich aromas of peach, mandarin, and nuts.

The De Bortoli Family Selection clearly reflects the De Bortoli family philosophy that fine wines must be made from grapes grown in sun-drenched vineyards and imbued with the love of the land itself. The Shiraz Cabernet red wine boasts exquisite flavors of ripe red berries, subtly hinting at oak. The wine is smooth and captivating, with balanced acidity and gentle tannins. The Semillon Chardonnay white wine is refreshing, with aromas of orange, tangerine, and nuts, accented with notes of aged oak.
