This year, Novotel Suites Hanoi Hotel participates in the Australian Food Festival with many special culinary programs. The Sunday Brunch buffet is the highlight of the Australian Food Festival's series of events. In addition to the extremely diverse menu of an international buffet, diners will enjoy typical Australian dishes and fusion dishes combining the essence of Australian - Vietnamese cuisine, prepared from high-quality imported ingredients such as beef, lamb and seafood.

DINNER SET MENU
Throughout the month of May – a month celebrating the quintessence of Australian cuisine – diners will enjoy a 3-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Takahisa Erikawa in a luxurious and modern space at Food Exchange restaurant. Start the romantic dinner with an appetizer of Salted Salmon Salad, served with arugula and grilled asparagus. Diners can choose one of two main courses according to their personal preferences: Baked Australian Beef Tenderloin, served with mushroom mash and butter-sauteed baby vegetables or Pan-fried Sea Bass, served with clams, quinoa and wild mushrooms. And what could be sweeter and more perfect than ending the dinner with one of Australia's most popular desserts: Coconut sponge cake with spicy egg sauce.

Australian Wines
Australia is one of the world's most famous wine cellars. Australian barley is famous for its high quality, low humidity and few impurities because Australia is blessed with a source of clear and pure water, fertile soil on hillsides full of sunlight, a clean environment and a cool climate. Because of these characteristics, Australian wine is famous all over the world, alongside French and Chilean wine. In this year's Australian culinary festival, Novotel Suites Hanoi will introduce to wine lovers two of the typical premium wine lines of Australian wine: Lindeman's Premier Selection and De Bortoli Family Selection.
Lindeman's Premier Selection is a typical and famous wine of Linderman wine producer. The red Shiraz Cabernet has fresh fruit flavors from ripe strawberries with a little spicy white pepper, suitable for slow-cooked meats or grilled dishes. The white wine Semillon Chardonnay is a charming harmony of Semillon and Chardonnay, rich in aromas of peach, mandarin and stone fruits.

The De Bortoli Family Selection reflects the De Bortoli family philosophy that great wines should be made with grapes from sunny vineyards and with love from the land. The red Shiraz Cabernet has wonderful flavors of ripe red berries, with a touch of oak. The wine is smooth and seductive with balanced acidity and soft tannins. The white Semillon Chardonnay has fresh aromas of citrus, mandarin and stone fruit, with a touch of aged oak.
