Anticipating this trend that is stirring up the global tourism market, the organizer of the Food & Hotel Vietnam exhibition, SES Vietnam Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism and Outbox Consulting, will bring a special industry forum exclusively for executives and senior managers from hotels and resorts across Vietnam. With the theme "Healthcare: A New Trend in Hotel Investment and Business," the event promises to offer many interesting topics and lively discussions, from diverse perspectives on the investment, business, and operation of hotels linked to healthcare in Vietnam.

The Vietnam Hotel Industry CEO Forum – CEOTalks was divided into two sessions, featuring presentations and discussions by leading industry speakers including: Ms. Nguyen Thanh Binh – Deputy Director of the Hotel Department, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa – Deputy Director, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism; Mr. Mauro Gasparotti - Director of Savills Hotel, Southeast Asia; Mr. Atilla Erda - Operations Director of Fusion; Mr. Dawid Koegelenberg - General Manager of Fusion Resort Cam Ranh; and Ms. Chau Thi Hoang Mai - General Director of Alba Spa Hotel and Alba Hotel, Senior Sales Manager of Alba Hospitality.
The first session of the forum will provide guests with a comprehensive overview of the development of wellness tourism models worldwide and the valuable potential for developing this element in Vietnam, with the theme: "Wellness: A New Investment Trend in the Hotel Industry." The content of the first session will help visitors see the inherent opportunities and strengths in Vietnam, as well as open up effective investment opportunities in this field. The discussion session will be a dialogue highlighting opportunities to effectively exploit the potential of wellness tourism in hotel investment and business in Vietnam.
The second part of the forum, themed "Anticipating the Healthcare Wave in Hotel Business and Operations," will guide attendees closer to a business philosophy centered on "customer healthcare" and the principles of wellness-oriented hotel business and operations. How can wellness be leveraged and exploited in Vietnam, and what are the challenges and difficulties in applying wellness to different hotel models? All will be addressed in the second part of the CEOTalks forum.
