The world's fashion capital - Italy not only makes people admire its culture and art, but also its diverse cuisine from street food to sophisticated dishes in restaurants. With the desire to bring the best Italian flavors to his friends, the Consul General's family invited 10 chefs from Italy and the team of Pendolasco restaurant - one of the oldest Italian restaurants in Saigon to prepare the party.
Mr. Dante Brandi in a smart suit, thanked 10 chefs who flew from Italy to Vietnam to prepare dinner at his home.
It is known that to prepare this intimate party, 10 talented chefs from Italy flew to Vietnam and had less than 24 hours to prepare dishes for more than 50 special guests, partners and friends of the Consul General and his wife in Vietnam.

The chefs worked very hard in a short time to bring the most perfect Italian taste to the party goers.



Some ingredients were personally brought back from Italy by the chefs such as tomatoes, olive oil, shrimp, etc., which are specialties of the Puglia region, Italy. From these typical ingredients, talented chefs have created dishes such as: smoked salmon with famous Italian Ricotta cheese; Tuna tartare (rare), accompanied by tropical fruits; and Tomato Salad from the Torre Guaceto region with Straciatella cream.
The dishes are presented in a very unique and attractive way. In the photo is a tropical fruit dish that the chefs have carefully prepared.

The guests attending the party were extremely excited to enjoy the authentic Italian dishes personally prepared by Italian chefs.

Also attending the party was Ms. Thu Thao from Art Kitchen Studio.
More specially, guests also had the opportunity to visit Mr. Dante Brandi's "super cool" house. It can be seen as a miniature museum of Italy with many works of art and products he collected from his homeland.


The intimate dinner party truly left a lasting impression on the guests and successfully conveyed the unique culinary culture of the Puliga region in particular and Italy in general to food lovers.
