Lion City's cuisine is imbued with Singapore's signature dishes, famous for Singapore Chilli Crab, Frog Porridge, Fish Head Curry, traditional Sambal dishes, Singaporean milk tea and many other unique dishes. The restaurant serves a Fine Dining party with Lion City's own unique color, bringing a sophisticated, luxurious experience with fresh and expensive ingredients, accompanied by fine wines.

Lion City's Fine Dining party started with a grapefruit salad with sweet and fresh crab meat called Yum Som O. These two ingredients are very familiar but created a surprise when eaten thanks to the fragrant passion fruit sauce and the perfect sweet and sour taste, creating a surprising final taste, both familiar and strange. Accompanying the salad is a glass of white wine to warm the taste buds. Next is the abalone soup with shiitake mushrooms and Thai lemongrass. The soup is light and refreshing, the Thai lemongrass flavor brings a difference to this traditional soup.

What's more special is the extensive main course menu. You can choose Crayfish Salad, Grilled Hida Beef Fillet with wine or Snow Crab with Chef Iron's Special Sauce. With Crayfish Salad, the shrimp has been deboned and blanched, then mixed with a sweet and sour, slightly spicy sauce and lemongrass, Thai kaffir lime leaves. The special sauce cooks the shrimp with spices, creating a sweet but still soft taste for the shrimp, not as hard as fully boiled shrimp.

The party ended with a strawberry dessert. The chef skillfully removed the inside of the strawberry and replaced it with a piece of strawberry jelly with a cocktail served with sweet rosé wine.

The final taste that diners can feel from the Fine Dining party of Lion City restaurant is a feeling of balance, not being heavy, experiencing new dishes that are both familiar and strange. Each dish is accompanied by a different type of wine, creating a sublime feeling of a romantic, gentle evening, accompanied by the melodious and profound sound of the piano.
