Beyond their love of new experiences and challenges, they also aspire to bring Vietnamese diners the refined and high-end culinary experiences of France, as well as the renowned culinary excellence of the Pourcel Château Group worldwide.
SonKim Land is a reputable and successful real estate developer with high-end projects such as Gateway Thao Dien, Serenity Sky Villas, and The Nassim. Entering the Food & Beverage industry is a strategic move that complements its core business while offering more engaging experiences for residents of SonKim Land's high-end residential, hotel, and office projects.
The restaurant is specially designed to serve up to 40 diners in a private setting, serving from 12 noon to 12 midnight daily. It specializes in authentic Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on fine wines from Southern France and other renowned regions. Additionally, a sophisticated bar with a selection of premium teas is available for diners to enjoy before or after their sumptuous meals, paired with Spanish tapas while they wait.
