The two-week event will showcase an authentic Japanese menu featuring exquisite delicacies, especially Sukiyaki beef hot pot, Lobster Sashimi, fragrant charcoal-grilled yakitori, authentic Japanese ramen, premium eel dishes, a selection of high-quality chicken, and tempting creations made with premium fresh mushrooms and rich QBB cheese.
The party continued with a selection of Japanese-inspired desserts such as Matcha Mousse, Soufflé Cheese, Castella Cheese, and refreshing Sakura Jelly.
Japanese cuisine is renowned for its fresh, seasonal ingredients, refined flavors, and artful balance, while also celebrating umami—the soul of soy sauce, miso, and seafood. The dishes at the event will be prepared using various traditional methods such as sashimi, grilling, and stewing, showcasing the full essence of Japanese culinary art.





A highlight of the event was guest chef Michima from Ineya restaurant showcasing authentic Japanese dishes, including Yakitori, Tebasaki (Japanese chicken wings), and Ramen. A spectacular whole tuna carving demonstration was performed by the Japanese Executive Chef from Nikko Hai Phong Hotel. Live cooking stations with chef Oyama presented Wagyu Sukiyaki, Robatayaki, and a selection of Japanese-inspired beverages.

The Japan Food Fair is an opportunity for culture enthusiasts and food connoisseurs in Ho Chi Minh City to experience traditional Japanese cuisine and culture. Tickets cost 1,650,000++ VND per person and include unlimited Sapporo Black beer, sake, Itoen Matcha milk tea, as well as various wines, cocktails, soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea.
