Accordingly, this collaboration will open up a unique management and operational service platform, combining Fusion's distinctive Wellness healthcare service strengths with standard operational experience from Japan, helping to strengthen the brand and accelerate expansion and growth in the region.
The partnership program will focus on three core areas: business and marketing, brand development and design, and human resource development. Through combining resources and expertise, Fusion and HMJ aim to expand their market reach, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency.
The two sides will also promote the sharing of customer care experiences, synchronize business and marketing systems, integrate Fusion's distinctive brand elements inspired by holistic wellness for travelers into a number of hotels selected by HMJ, and implement staff training programs in Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan.
