From today until August 31, 2025, World Cocktail Month in Sa Pa opens up a unique experiential journey – where each cocktail is meticulously crafted like a work of art. More than just a celebration of mixology, the event is an inspiring space for the interplay of flavor, aesthetics, and emotion, highlighted by unique recipes, limited-edition glasses, and a one-of-a-kind French-Spanish culinary night this summer.

World Cocktail Month in the heart of the mountain town of Sa Pa.
The centerpiece of this summer's event is Absinthe Bar, located on the top floor of Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery in Sa Pa. The space is a unique blend of architecture inspired by French haute couture and the indigenous culture of Northwest Vietnam. Handcrafted mosaic mirrors, carefully selected antiques, and subtle lighting create a sophisticated yet artistic setting for enjoying cocktails.

The essence of mixology in every cocktail.
World Cocktail Month is not only an opportunity for bartenders to showcase their skills and creative personalities, but also a chance for connoisseurs to experience unique recipes. One of the highlights this year is the launch of a limited-edition glass set, a collaboration between MGallery hotel brand and Maison Sarah Lavoine, offering not only functionality but also emotion and aesthetics for every moment of enjoyment.
In Sa Pa, the cocktail menu, specially designed for this occasion, features eight drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, inspired by prominent global destinations. Among them, three cocktails using Citadelle Gin – the world's first craft gin – are presented in limited-edition glasses, a testament to the combination of masterful mixology and exquisite presentation.

One of the highlights of World Cocktail Month was the “Savour and Spirits – A French and Spanish Tapas Night” held on July 18th. In an inspiring culinary setting, guests were served six tapas and three special cocktails – a fusion of Mediterranean flavors and modern mixology techniques. The event featured guest chef Bryan David Ceron Serrano from Capos Hanoi and Culinary Director Oliver Mette of Hotel de la Coupole.

In an inspiring culinary setting, diners are served six tapas dishes along with three special edition cocktails: Crystal Diva, delicate with jasmine and lemongrass notes, light and refreshing; Timeless Negroni, offering a new depth with sweet and bitter flavors and a tropical touch from pandan leaves; and Honey 75, unconventional and fresh, combining olives, salted honey, and French Champagne.
The essence of the art of mixology
The new cocktail menu caters to a wide range of customers.
Three bold and innovative cocktail creations.
To mark this special occasion, MGallery has partnered with Citadelle Gin to introduce three brand-new cocktails, exclusively designed for this limited-edition glass collection. Each recipe is a bold blend of exquisite flavors, crafted from 100% natural ingredients, offering a unique and inspiring culinary experience for diners.

Crystal Diva
With its delicate floral and herbal notes, the Crystal Diva is crafted from Citadelle Gin Original, Fino Sherry sweet wine, jasmine and lemongrass syrup, subtly infused with orange blossom. Served using the Stir technique and presented in a Maison Sarah Lavoine Nick & Nora coupe glass, this cocktail is a modern and elegant resemblance to the classic British Gimlet cocktail.

Timeless Negroni
Offering depth and a unique flavor profile, Timeless Negroni combines Citadelle Gin Original aged in sandalwood, red vermouth, and pineapple-infused bitters with pandan leaves – a characteristic Southeast Asian herb with a subtle vanilla aroma. Presented in an Old Fashion Maison Sarah Lavoine glass with 5cm oval ice cubes and garnished with pandan leaf zest, this drink takes diners to a refined and unique tropical experience.

Honey 75
An innovative version of the classic cocktail from the fashion capital of France – the French 75 – boasts a light, refreshing, and slightly salty flavor with Citadelle Gin Original, local olive oil, verjus, salted honey, and cardamom orange syrup. Finished with Champagne Pommery and served in a Coupe Maison Sarah Lavoine glass, the drink evokes a sense of local connection in timeless elegance.
