World Cocktail Month in the Heart of the Mountainous Town of Sa Pa
The highlight of this year’s summer event is Absinthe Bar, located on the top floor of Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery in Sa Pa. The space here is a unique combination of architecture inspired by French haute couture and Northwestern indigenous culture. Hand-crafted mirrors, carefully selected antiques, and subtle lighting create a cocktail-enjoying setting that is both luxurious and artistic.

The essence of mixing in every cocktail
World Cocktail Month is not only an opportunity for bartenders to show off their skills and creativity, but also an opportunity for connoisseurs to experience unique recipes. One of the highlights this year is the launch of a limited edition glass set, a collaboration between the MGallery hotel brand and Maison Sarah Lavoine, bringing not only functionality, but also emotion and aesthetics to every moment of enjoyment.
In Sa Pa, the cocktail menu designed specifically for this occasion features eight alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks inspired by prominent global destinations. Three bold cocktail creations
To mark this special occasion, MGallery has collaborated with Citadelle Gin to introduce three brand new cocktails, exclusively designed for the limited edition glass. Each recipe is a bold combination of sophisticated flavors, crafted from 100% natural ingredients, bringing a unique and inspiring culinary experience to diners.

Crystal Diva
With delicate floral and herbal notes, the Crystal Diva is made with Citadelle Gin Original, Sweet Fino Sherry, Jasmine and Lemongrass Syrup, and a hint of Orange Blossom. Stirred and presented in a Maison Sarah Lavoine Nick & Nora coupe, this cocktail is a modern and elegant reinterpretation of the classic British Gimlet.

Timeless Negroni
Offering depth and a new flavor, the Timeless Negroni combines sandalwood-aged Citadelle Gin Original, red vermouth, and pineapple bitters infused with pandan leaves – a Southeast Asian signature leaf with a light vanilla flavor. Served in an Old Fashion Maison Sarah Lavoine glass with a 5cm oval ice cube and garnished with pineapple and pandan skin, this drink takes diners on a unique and sophisticated tropical experience.

Honey 75
A reinvention of the classic cocktail from the French fashion capital - the French 75 is lightly briny and refreshing with Citadelle Gin Original, local olive oil, verjus, salty honey and cardamom orange syrup. Finished with Pommery Champagne and served in a Coupe Maison Sarah Lavoine glass, the drink evokes local connections with timeless elegance.
