Recently, the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province organized the "Hue Tourism Forum 2020" with the theme "Connecting Travel Agencies - Hue, a Safe and Friendly Destination" to implement tasks and solutions to restore and stimulate tourism development in Thua Thien Hue from now until the end of 2020. Accordingly, from now until the end of 2020, the tourism industry of Thua Thien Hue will implement many stimulus programs to attract tourists to Hue.

Simultaneously, representatives from Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, and Da Nang held a signing ceremony and announced a joint action program to restore and develop tourism in the three central provinces. This program aims to strengthen cooperation, leverage the tourism strengths of each locality, and create momentum for tourism recovery during and immediately after the Covid-19 pandemic, with the theme "Thua Thien Hue - Da Nang - Quang Nam: A Safe and Hospitable Destination".

Meanwhile, the Ninh Thuan Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced that the Ninh Thuan Tourism smart mobile application has officially been launched. This portal will have a full range of useful features for tourists, tourism businesses, and government agencies. With a smartphone, tourists can easily access a wealth of videos about tourism, destinations, suggestions for restaurants, hotels, notable events, banking services, healthcare, transportation, and more within Ninh Thuan province.

Previously, to meet the needs of visitors, Ninh Thuan Provincial Museum implemented QR code scanning technology using smartphones, allowing visitors to easily and conveniently access information related to exhibited artifacts, providing them with new and exciting experiences.

Currently, to promote the development of the tourism industry after the Covid-19 pandemic, Ninh Thuan province has launched the "Vietnamese People Travel in Vietnam" program. Specifically, 35 accommodation establishments, travel agencies, restaurants, and service providers throughout the province have registered to participate in the promotional program, aiming to stimulate tourism by offering discounts of 10% - 50% on services such as glass-bottom boat tours of the bay, coral viewing, and snorkeling in Vinh Hy Bay. Simultaneously, discounts are offered on Ninh Thuan tours, menus, food, and tickets for various tourism services from May 29th to December 31st, 2020. Students and children under 12 years old are exempt from entrance fees to the Cham Cultural Research Center (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City) and Du Long Film Studio (Thuan Bac District).
