Quynh Le, founder of three restaurants, Salmonoid, Pincho, and Senté, shared: "Salmonoid is my first brainchild, born from a love of food, when I decided to quit my banking job to open a restaurant in 2015. At that time, salmon wasn't widely used in Vietnam. Over the past eight years, with many changes, salmon has become a very popular dish in Vietnam, but Salmonoid still has its own unique innovations and variations."

Pincho – Tapas Kitchen and Drinks continues as the second chapter in the culinary book compiled by Quynh Le and her team to promote the concept of "Exceptional Flavors in a Distinctive Atmosphere". Founded in 2017, Pincho was a pioneering restaurant specializing in tapas in Hanoi. In 2022, Pincho won the Restaurant of the Year award by Vietcetera.

"After my trip to Spain in 2017, I felt inspired to create a restaurant with a youthful atmosphere – a place where people can gather, immerse themselves in music, wine, and delicious food. And that's how Pincho was born," Quynh Le shared.

Senté was founded in 2018, initially as a small tea shop aiming to bring the refreshing, nostalgic flavors of childhood to everyone. Fortunately, thanks to the love of its customers, Senté gradually transformed into a restaurant specializing in healthy food with dishes inspired by lotus-based ingredients. Last year, Senté opened its second location. And recently, Senté was included in the Selected Restaurant by Michelin Guide 2023.
