Throughout the Lunar New Year holiday, The Square restaurant at Novotel Nha Trang hotel will be open, serving a variety of delicious dishes at the same prices as usual.
For the first day of the Lunar New Year (January 25th, 2020), to cater to the vegetarian needs of many families, the restaurant's chefs have created a vegetarian menu featuring special dishes such as Vietnamese savory pancakes (banh xeo), peanut soup, seaweed salad, tropical fruits, and traditional Vietnamese pastries. On New Year's Day, you and your family can enjoy a serene yet elegant vegetarian meal at Novotel, a perfect gathering place for everyone to savor together.
On the 2nd and 3rd days of Tet (Lunar New Year), or the following spring days, lunch and dinner at the restaurant become even more special with a diverse buffet, ranging from fresh seafood and famous dishes from various countries to dishes with the distinct flavors of Tet such as: braised bamboo shoots, pickled pig ears, banh chung (sticky rice cake), banh tet (cylindrical sticky rice cake), pickled vegetables, pickled onions, melon seeds, coconut jam, and various traditional Vietnamese cakes… Not only that, during these days the whole family will be able to watch lion dances or traditional folk music and dance performances as a lucky start to the year.
