Amazing Tour 8 “Returning to the Land of White Rice and Clear Water” continues the road trip promoting tourism in Can Tho.

Following the success of the first domestic road trip, the Amazing Tour 8 “Returning to the Land of White Rice and Clear Water” program will take place from August 28th to August 30th, 2023, from Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho, with the support of THACO AUTO and partner Sheraton Can Tho Hotel.

Amazing Tour is a series of destination promotion tours initiated by Travellive Media Group since 2013. To date, Amazing Tour has collaborated with international tourism promotion agencies such as South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Turkey, and Taiwan, successfully organizing experiential tours to promote tourism and quickly making a strong impression.

To celebrate the event's 10th anniversary, in 2023, two highly successful tours were organized: Amazing Tour 6 “Taiwan – Gently Touching the Spring in Taiwan” in February 2023 and Amazing Tour 7 “Ha Long, Sapa – A Thousand Miles of Adventure” in March 2023. Notably, Amazing Tour 7 marked the first time the Amazing Tour series was organized domestically, in a road trip style. Guests experienced driving themselves through various provinces and cities, capturing beautiful images along the way and discovering new tourism services at their destinations.

Amazing Tour features a fresh and youthful format, aiming to inspire travel enthusiasts to explore the world. Each program includes practical activities designed to provide information on services and destinations based on the real-life experiences of celebrities, influential figures in the tourism industry, and photographers.

Can Tho has always been affectionately known as the land of white rice and clear water, thanks to the abundance that nature has bestowed upon this land, nicknamed "Western Capital." Today, alongside the strong development of many economic sectors, Can Tho continues to attract visitors with its unique riverine characteristics and tourism potential, thanks to its natural advantages. This road trip to the riverine region brings the local culture closer to the audience.

With a 3-day itinerary, Amazing Tour 8 “Returning to the Land of White Rice and Clear Water” takes the group on a culinary journey through the Mekong Delta, cultural activities, and visits to many historically significant destinations in Can Tho. Over three days in Can Tho, guests will participate in making traditional cakes, crossing monkey bridges, rowing boats, visiting the Binh Thuy ancient house, Ninh Kieu wharf, experiencing activities on the Can Tho Princess cruise ship, walking across the pedestrian bridge, and enjoying street food (Day 1); visiting families who have been involved in the rice paper making craft for over 200 years and making rice paper themselves, enjoying rustic Mekong Delta specialties, visiting gardens, the Tran Ba ​​The ancient house, Bang Lang stork garden, and a unique eatery located in the middle of rice fields (Day 2); visiting Cai Rang floating market, enjoying local cuisine on boats, shopping for fruit, visiting the Sau Hoai noodle factory, and trying the specialty noodle pizza (Day 3).

During the "Journey to the Land of White Rice and Clear Water," participants will have the opportunity to directly drive three THACO AUTO vehicles: the New Mazda CX-5, Peugeot 3008, and KIA Carens, all in their latest, youthful, and dynamic versions. Currently, traveling from Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding provinces to Can Tho is easier thanks to the connecting highways.
