An Lâm Villas Ninh Vân Bay has officially changed its name to L'Alyana Ninh Vân Bay.

L'Alyana Ninh Vân Bay Resort in Nha Trang is situated on a 39.5-hectare project, comprising 26.5 hectares of land and 13 hectares of sea area. Located on the Hon Heo peninsula, a 15-minute speedboat ride from the mainland and 20km from Nha Trang city center, L'Alyana Ninh Vân Bay currently features 33 villa clusters built on 9 hectares of the project, along with a communal swimming pool, beachfront bar, and restaurant. The rebranding of L'Alyana Ninh Vân Bay is part of the resort's brand development strategy, alongside upgrades and expansions aimed at improving infrastructure, further enhancing service quality, and providing more sophisticated and upscale experiences for domestic and international tourists, including key markets such as Vietnam, the UK, the US, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Japan, and China.

Regarding the rebranding of L'Alyana Ninh Van Bay, Mr. Alexander Voegl - General Director of the resort, said: "With the new brand L'Alyana Ninh Van Bay, in 2017 we will invest in renovating and upgrading the facilities inside and outside the existing villas, including upgrading the interiors and equipment of the villas, as well as the private pool areas, restaurants and public areas within the resort, with a total estimated investment of over 1 million USD. In addition, an investment plan to expand the resort is also underway. The company is designing the development plan for phase 2 of the project, which includes building an additional 26 villas along with a complete system of amenities to make L'Alyana Ninh Van Bay a high-end resort with 59 villas and 88 bedrooms, along with premium amenities, expected to be operational in 2018. Since its establishment in 2011 under the original name An Lam Villas Ninh Van Bay, L'Alyana Ninh Van Bay resort has been managed and operated by various management companies but has consistently maintained its excellent service quality, recognized by the media, social networks, and travelers.
