Prior to joining Banyan Tree and Angsana Lang Co, Brett served as Area General Manager and General Manager of Vinpearl Danang, Hoi An and Nha Trang resorts. Brett also held senior leadership roles at Mandarin Oriental and Hyatt International.
During his time in Australia, Brett graduated with a Bachelor of Leisure Management from Griffith University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England. He is also a Hot Yoga instructor, also known as Bikram Yoga.
With over 20 years of experience in the global hospitality industry, Brett has in-depth knowledge of hotel organization, management and operations, as well as other areas such as Marketing, Commercial Innovation, Project Management and Brand Development, and the Art of Customer Satisfaction. Brett believes that the way to continuously learn and grow is to listen to people, understand the needs of high-end travelers and adapt to diverse cultures.
