1. Mango mojoto
Ingredient
1 teaspoon sugar
1 lemon
4 fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon mango juice
100ml rum
1 can of soda
Ice cubes
Perform
Put lemon and sugar in a glass, mix well. Add some mint leaves, crush the mixture (into the glass)
Add ice cubes to 2/3 of the glass and pour in the rum. Pour into a shaker with the mango juice and shake well.
Pour into a large glass and top with soda.
Garnish with 2 lemon slices and 1 sprig of fresh mint.
1. Phoenix

70ml Tequila
70ml Malibu wine
70ml Triple Sec
Watermelon juice
Shaved ice
Perform
Pour a mixture of Tequila, Malibu and Triple Sec into a glass of shaved ice.
Add watermelon juice and shake well.
Pour into a large glass and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint sprigs.
3. Vietnamese Caipiroska
Ingredient
1 lemon
10ml liquid sugar
300ml vodka
Shaved ice
Perform
Slice lemon and place in a glass. Crush the lemon and sugar mixture.
Add shaved ice and vodka to 2/3 of the glass. Shake to combine the cocktail.
Pour into a large glass and garnish with 2 lemon slices and fresh mint sprigs.
