1. Mango mojoto
Ingredient
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 lemon
4 fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon of mango juice
100ml rum
1 can of soda
Ice cubes
Perform
Add lemon and sugar to a glass and mix well. Add a few mint leaves and crush them, pressing the mixture against the side of the glass.
Add ice cubes to 2/3 of the glass and pour in the rum. Pour into a shaker with mango juice and shake well.
Pour into a large glass and top with soda.
Garnish with two slices of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
1. Phoenix

70ml Tequila
70ml Malibu liqueur
70ml Triple Sec
Watermelon juice
Shaved ice
Perform
Pour the mixture of Tequila, Malibu, and Triple Sec into a glass of crushed ice.
Add watermelon juice and shake well.
Pour into a large glass and garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
3. Vietnamese caipiroska
Ingredient
1 lemon
10ml liquid sugar
300ml vodka
Shaved ice
Perform
Slice the lemon and place the slices in a glass. Mash and squeeze the lemon and liquid sugar mixture.
Add crushed ice and vodka to 2/3 of the glass. Shake to mix the cocktail.
Pour into a large glass and garnish with 2 slices of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
