The Silverland Ben Thanh 4-star hotel project is located in the city center and is built on an area of 500m².2Comprising 12 floors and 2 basement levels, the Silverland Ben Thanh Hotel boasts 119 rooms with innovative and dynamic designs, modern amenities, and a wealth of facilities. It promises to be an ideal stopover for travelers visiting the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh. The hotel is expected to be completed in 2016 with a total investment of 280 billion VND.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Hong Nam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ben Thanh Dong Khoi Boutique Hotel Co., Ltd., stated: “The 4-star Silverland Ben Thanh hotel project was born from the bold ideas of people passionate about the tourism industry and who wish to create architectural works that will leave a mark on Ho Chi Minh City. Its beautiful location in the heart of the city with a view of the romantic Bach Dang harbor is already a strength, but we want to offer even more to guests with abundant green spaces, unique and distinctive room designs, like individual houses with balconies, tiled roofs, and gardens. Guests will feel close to nature, in harmony with it, and as cozy as being in their own home.”
According to Ho Chi Minh City's program to support the restructuring of the tourism industry until 2015 and with a vision to 2020: strengthening management, attracting investment, and developing a system of hotels that meet international standards; encouraging new investments; expanding and upgrading existing hotels; focusing on 3-5 star hotels to meet the hotel demand each year as determined in the city's tourism development plan until 2020; and orienting the development of 4-5 star hotels to serve and promote the development of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism. The Silverland Ben Thanh 4-star hotel project, which commenced construction at this time, is also in line with the overall development direction of the city and the Vietnamese tourism industry.
