The eco-resort spans 7 hectares of land.Located on 650 meters of prime frontage along the Co Co River, the resort is a few minutes' walk from An Bang Beach and other beaches and coastal entertainment areas. The resort comprises 70 private villas with 2 to 4 bedrooms and private pools; a hotel with 31 apartments and 56 luxury rooms.
This resort will combine a range of world-class amenities such as an infinity pool, library, spa and wellness club, restaurants, bars, boat station, children's play area, and even organic and hydroponic vegetable gardens amidst a tropical landscaped garden. The commitment to sustainable and environmentally conscious design has earned the first Lotus standard in Vietnam. Villas and apartments will be available for sale in June 2018. The first phase of the project will commence in Q1 2019.
