The eco-resort is spread over 7 hectares of land., located on 650 meters of main frontage along the Co Co River, a few minutes walk from An Bang Beach and other beaches and coastal entertainment areas. The resort includes 70 separate villas from 2 to 4 bedrooms and private pools; a hotel with 31 apartments and 56 luxury rooms.
The resort will feature a range of world-class facilities including an infinity pool, library, spa and health club, restaurants, bars, canoe station, children's play area and both organic and hydroponic vegetable gardens amidst a tropical landscaped garden. Commitments to sustainable and environmentally conscious design have earned the first Lotus standard in Vietnam. Villas and apartments will be launched for sale in June 2018. The first phase of the project will be implemented in the first quarter of 2019.
