This year, through the image of the full moon, Crowne Plaza® West Hanoi wants to convey in the 2019 Mooncake Collection a simple message about family reunion moments in a sophisticated yet modern look. By cleverly combining embossed and recessed details, the box design brings a vivid story in the way it is expressed on a matte but soft and luxurious velvet material. With meticulous cuts, the outside of the box simulates a family window frame, opening inside is a multi-layered picture of a clear, starry autumn night sky with rounded verses.
This year’s collection offers 8 flavors, from traditional flavors such as mixed, lotus seeds or best-selling flavors such as green rice, green tea to new and creative flavors such as raspberry and durian. Each cake, which has always been known for its balance of flavors and guaranteed hygiene, is a product of the careful, meticulous and skillful work of the chefs at Crowne Plaza West Hanoi. There are 5 types of boxes to choose from for this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, with the 2-cake box (Full Moon box) being the smallest and the 4-cake box with wine (Special box) being the largest, with prices ranging from 399,000 VND to 1,399,000 VND.
