These durians should have a subtle aroma and the thorns should not be soft. Next, choose a good duck. The preparation process is similar to other curries. Cut the duck meat into bite-sized pieces, crush garlic and shallots, marinate with spices such as curry powder, add crushed curry leaves for a more fragrant flavor, and season with a little salt, sugar, and MSG. Adjust the ingredients to your family's taste. After marinating for 15-30 minutes, sauté the curry powder until fragrant, add the duck meat and stir-fry until browned, then add coconut milk and cook for about 20 minutes. Finally, add the prepared durian meat and cook until infused with the curry flavor.
