"If you ask me what impressed me most about this place, it would definitely be the generosity of the people here. On our first evening, we went to eat vermicelli soup at the night market, and the owner gave us so many extra toppings. A bowl of vermicelli soup overflowing with meatballs and meat, delicious and as generous as the people here," writer Dang Thien Phong shared.
