After enjoying a delicious, hot breakfast at Cai Rang floating market, Amazing Tour 8 members continued to visit Sau Hoai noodle factory located at 476, Lo Vong Cung street, An Binh ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city. With a three-generation tradition, Sau Hoai's noodle factory is one of the places that produce and supply special noodles in Can Tho.

To create something new, Mr. Sau Hoai "magically" transformed the traditional white rice noodles into "multi-colored rice noodles" with colors from natural vegetables and leaves. Orange from gac fruit, purple from butterfly pea flowers, green from pandan leaves, purple from purple leaves, pink from beetroot... all make the rice noodles more beautiful and attractive.
To have delicious noodles, the steps of choosing rice and mixing flour are very important, requiring a special professional secret. Next are the steps of soaking, washing rice, kneading, grinding, kneading, beating, putting into a jar of water to stir to get starch, spreading, drying and finally cutting noodles into noodles.

Coming to Sau Hoai noodle factory, members of Amazing Tour 8 experienced and learned about the history of the noodle village, along with interesting stories surrounding the colorful products. What made the whole group especially excited was being able to directly participate in some of the stages of making noodle noodles.
