The tour group experienced making popped rice, a part of childhood memories - a rustic gift from the countryside of the children in the West. Rice is put into a popcorn and rotated evenly over the fire for about 15 minutes. Then, the popcorn is placed in front of the bamboo bag and hit hard. The first time I experienced making Com, Travel Blogger Vinh Gau was surprised: "When I started working, I saw how difficult it was for the people making Com Pop. The next activity on the journey to Con Son is making jackfruit leaf cake. This dish is simple and uncomplicated but makes people far away from home nostalgic. The rice is soaked to expand, then ground by hand. Then kneaded, tapioca starch is added to make the cake more flexible. After the dough has been left to ferment for a sufficient amount of time, a thin layer of the dough is spread on the back of jackfruit leaves, then wrapped and steamed for about 10 minutes before being eaten.
