Actor Quoc Truong invites you to visit Cai Rang floating market

Starting the third morning of the journey, Amazing Tour 8 members traveled to Cai Rang floating market - a unique "specialty" of the Mekong Delta. Cai Rang floating market is located in Cai Rang district, Can Tho city, about 30 minutes by canoe from Ninh Kieu wharf. Floating market is a unique cultural feature of Can Tho's activities, life and transportation. Actor Quoc Truong - a true native of the land of "white rice and clear water" shared: "As a son of Can Tho, this is the second time I have been to Cai Rang floating market. For me, it is a new feeling mixed with a bit of nostalgia and emotion because this is a unique characteristic of the river region".

Coming to Cai Rang floating market, members of Amazing Tour 8 enjoyed the fresh air, the cool breeze of the river mixed with the sound of oars and waves lapping against the boat.

Boats loaded with goods from fruits to food and household items are hung on poles. The image of bustling trade right on the river is a unique feature of the Western Capital.

"I was most impressed when having breakfast on the boat. It was a bit bumpy but it was a very interesting experience. This is my hometown but I think there is definitely no other place with such a unique culture," the actor excitedly said.

Not only impressed by the hustle and bustle of Cai Rang floating market, actor Quoc Truong also had sympathy for his fellow countrymen when chatting on the boat: "I found the people here to be very genuine, honest and lovely. When chatting, Truong felt their sincerity that is hard to find anywhere else, especially with people who are far away from home."
