The simple beauty of the "green muse"
The small-leaved Terminalia catappa, also known as the Taiwanese Terminalia catappa, is gradually becoming a new "green queen" in landscape design. This is not only due to its elegant and delicate beauty but also because of the values it brings to life.
The vibrant green of the tiny, interwoven leaves creates a serene scene in a corner of the city. Rows of trees, like soft green silk ribbons, wind along the streets, bringing a fresh and cool atmosphere to Hanoi. Gazing at these trees, one feels peace in their soul, dispelling the weariness of daily life.

The Indian almond tree (Ficus microcarpa) can grow from 5 to 20 meters tall, with a wide and dense canopy that covers a large area. The tree not only adds greenery to the space but also filters harmful gases, returning clean air to the city. Its upright form also helps prevent breakage during storms, thus reducing maintenance and pruning costs.
The small-leaved Terminalia catappa tree is not as vibrant as its flowers, nor as flamboyant as other ornamental plants. Its beauty comes from its simplicity, rustic charm, and closeness to everyday life, like a dear companion always by our side. The small-leaved Terminalia catappa tree is also a symbol of vigorous vitality. Despite facing countless difficulties and challenges, it always thrives, flourishing and bringing refreshing green patches to the world.

Besides its simple beauty, the Indian almond tree also brings many practical values to life. The tree is capable of filtering fine dust, purifying the air, and making the environment cleaner. Its wide canopy provides ideal shade, helping to alleviate the heat of summer. The tree also contributes to regulating the climate and reducing the amount of CO2 in the air.
In particular, when the leaves of the Taiwanese Terminalia catappa tree mature and fall, they cause less pollution than the leaves of the Vietnamese Terminalia catappa tree. Furthermore, the small-leaved Terminalia catappa tree is suitable for tropical climates and adapts well to the weather in Hanoi.
