The company's General Director - Mr. Asif Mehrudeen has over twenty years of experience in the F&B industry. Ten years ago, he came to Vietnam and started working as a chef at the Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel. By 2014, Asif continued to make great strides in his career when he became the General Director and co-founder of the famous restaurants San Fu Lou, Sorae, Di Mai and expanded more branches every year.

His passion for grilled chicken and the support of his family motivated Asif to open Chickita, with the belief that he could bring a new restaurant model not only to Vietnam but also to the whole of Asia, shaping a healthy eating style for the young generation of Vietnam in particular and Vietnamese people in general.

Chickita always believes that a great meal always comes from fresh ingredients, so the restaurant follows the "From farm to table" processing philosophy - ensuring that the ingredients served to diners are of the best quality, absolutely no frozen food is used. Chickita is the only restaurant today that owns its own closed farm where free-range chickens are raised with brown rice, drink clean water and grow in a happy environment, not confined in cages 24/7. Therefore, diners can feel the taste of chicken meat is very firm and delicious, not mushy, deformed and especially good for the health of the person enjoying it.

The open flame grilling method is also an interesting highlight of the restaurant, when the chefs research the exact grilling temperature to preserve the natural softness and sweetness of the chicken, with a cooking style suitable for Vietnamese taste.
