As a privately owned enterprise operating in the F&B sector, AHM Lifestyles & Creative Hospitality is committed to bringing international culinary culture to Vietnamese diners, prioritizing service standards and the quality of ingredients. The company's CEO, Mr. Asif Mehrudeen, has over twenty years of experience in the F&B industry. Ten years ago, he came to Vietnam and began working as a chef at the Park Hyatt Saigon hotel. In 2014, Asif made significant strides in his career by becoming the CEO and co-founder of the renowned restaurants San Fu Lou, Sorae, and Dì Mai, expanding with more branches each year.

Asif's intense passion for grilled chicken, coupled with family support, fueled his ambition to open Chickita, with the belief that he could bring a fresh restaurant model not only to Vietnam but also across Asia, shaping a healthy eating style for the younger generation in Vietnam and Vietnamese people in general.

Chickita firmly believes that a great meal comes from fresh, clean ingredients. Therefore, the restaurant follows the "Farm-to-Table" philosophy – ensuring that the ingredients served to customers are of the highest quality and absolutely no frozen products are used. Chickita is currently the only restaurant that owns its own closed-loop farm where free-range chickens are raised on brown rice, drink clean water, and grow in a happy environment, not confined to cages 24/7. As a result, diners can experience the firm, flavorful chicken meat that is not mushy or deformed, and is especially good for their health.

The flame-grilled method is also a unique feature of the restaurant, as the chefs meticulously research the grilling temperature to preserve the natural tenderness and sweetness of the chicken, with a cooking style suited to Vietnamese tastes. Besides the signature grilled chicken dishes, diners shouldn't miss other specialties such as sandwiches, wrapped meatballs, and skewers inspired by outdoor BBQ parties.

In particular, the flavors of the dishes are further enhanced when enjoyed with eight types of homemade sauces from Chickita, ranging in spiciness levels and possessing many distinctive flavors such as garlic and black pepper sauce (Old Saigon), mango sauce (Tropical), Sweet baby (sweet and sour chili sauce)... satisfying the increasingly diverse culinary tastes of diners.

Stepping through the doors into Chickita, you'll immediately feel a completely different and unique atmosphere, showcasing the founder's impeccable aesthetic sense. From the "rainbow" color scheme on the chair covers and the elaborately decorated floor tiles to the eye-catching, meticulously detailed hand-painted murals on the walls, everything evokes inspiration and creates a familiar, welcoming feeling, like a "next-door" restaurant you can frequent. With its cozy ambiance and diverse menu suitable for all ages, from children and adults to the elderly, the restaurant is the ideal destination for intimate, warm meals with family and friends.

To celebrate our Soft Opening on June 24th, 2019 at 230 Nguyen Van Huong Street, District 2, the restaurant is offering an attractive promotion – a 20% discount on all menu items, excluding drinks and desserts, valid until July 21st, 2019.

It can be said that the meticulous attention to detail, from the interior design and sourcing of ingredients to the healthy cooking methods, is what sets Chickita apart. The restaurant hopes to be the ideal destination to enjoy a unique and novel atmosphere while experiencing exhilarating moments in the world of innovative and exciting grilled dishes.
